Hank von Hadenfeld is a gorgeous 16 month old Shepherd mix. This is an intelligent young fellow who is looking for a shepherd-experienced adult home. Hank is selective about people and likes a proper introduction and some time before he confides in you. Once you are judged worthy, however, he appreciates your company and will rub on you all over just like a cat.  He is medium energy and knows his sit command. At times his more puppy side comes out. Hank is a champ for the on-leash walk and does great walking in a pack with other dogs. Though at first wary of strangers, he’s very bright and aware with a high degree of curiosity about the world and the creatures in it. He enters play group comfortably and with enthusiasm. In general, Hank is a social dog with other dogs and he meets them with a wagging tail and an invitation to play.  However, he is very clear with pushy dogs that their behavior is unacceptable.  Hank is a discerning canine who is seeking his discerning human counterpart.
